Further to our recent telephone call I am writing to say how impressed I am with the quality of your cashmere - especially the Superfine Collection which is divine.
Until discovering The Pure Collection, all of my cashmere had been purchased from Ralph Lauren (Purple Label - I'm a real RL fan). However, I would comment that not only is the quality of your merchandise as luxurious as RL's, it is often better and always cheaper (but don't use this as an excuse to increase your charges!!!).
Finally, please pass on my thanks to your team who consistently deliver exceptional service (if only all call centres could be like yours) and are an absolute delight to deal with.
