Description

Purchase this service online and we will send you a pack through the post. Simply complete the form and include it with your garment in the bag provided. Attach the provided postage label to the front of your parcel and pop it in the post. We will acknowledge receipt of your parcel and provide a more detailed time scale for repair and reconditioning. Your garment will be returned to you within 2 weeks via Royal Mail Tracked. Please note this service is currently only available to UK customers. If we receive a non-standard repair request, we will contact you to discuss the options and provide pricing and timescales. Please note - our repair service is only available to UK mainland customers currently. This service is for knitwear made from cashmere, cashmere mixes, merino, lambswool, wool, and cotton. Unfortunately we cannot accept silk, acrylic, angora, synthetic fibres, felted cashmere or felted wool garments.
