Next Day Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed on the Next Day Service before the cut off time of 3pm the same day to arrive the next Working day. If your order is placed on a Weekend or Bank Holiday it will not be dispatched until the very next Working day and will arrive the following (working) day.


Please note that Next Day delivery or Stated Day delivery is not available to remote locations. 

Remote locations include Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highland and Islands.

Hassle Free Returns

You may request an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of your order. For Sale & Clearance items, this period is reduced to 14 days. Finally due to hygiene reasons, hats and socks are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded.

All products sold from our Factory Outlet shop are sold as seen with no refund or exchange.

Follow the instructions below to request an exchange or refund. Note that items must reach us in the same condition received by you, and must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached. Customers returning items are responsible for any postage charges incurred. 


Christmas Gift Returns

Purchases made between Tuesday 6th October 2020 and Wednesday 16th December 2020 will have an extended returns period until Wednesday 13th January 2021. Extended returns period excludes clearance styles. Normal exclusions and conditions apply.


How to Return or Exchange, it's simple


Returns using Royal Mail

The simplest and most convenient way is to use a Pre-Paid Royal Mail returns label for just £1.99, which you can add to your order in the checkout.

If you have purchased a Royal Mail returns label when placing your order, simply complete your returns slip, attach the return label to your packaging and drop off at your nearest Post Office. 

Then sit back and wait for your refund or exchange.

Pre-paid return labels are only valid in the UK


Returns without a pre-paid label

Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service.

We will process your return as quickly as we can, but during our busy times this could take up to 20 days and our returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received. When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used.


If you cancel your whole order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, we will also refund the standard delivery charge only in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel after 14 days or if you only cancel part of your order. If you paid for Priority, Next Day, Nominated Day or Timed delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. 


Offers & Discounts: When returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. When returning items please ensure you retain the receipt of postage containing your tracking number from the Post Office, there is no charge for this, it’s simply your 'proof of posting’ in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.


Faulty items: In the very rare occasion a garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be exchanged or your money refunded, providing it is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. Pure Collection cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent damage.


International Orders

For international orders placed online we now partner with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record. When you purchase Pure Collection products via Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e/Pure Coll. **, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These can be found in the checkout where you add your payment details and confirm your order. For international transactions the Global-e checkout will load to take payment and delivery information.

If your international order has been fulfilled by our partner Global –e (your order number will begin GE if it has) then you can arrange a return for all or part of your order via the link below: 

You will need your GE order number and the email address associated with your Pure Collection account. You then simply select the items you are returning, print your returns note and returns label and take your parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot as instructed on the returns note. Where possible please obtain a certificate of postage or receipt and retain this until your refund has been processed.
