This is a lovely blouse, very pretty. I had to size up as my usual size 14 was too tight over the bust. My reason for not giving a higher score, is because the sleeves were very badly creased/scrunched up. So much so, I didn't think the iron setting recommended on the care label would remove these. As I liked the blouse, I paid to have it pressed at a dry cleaners. A very expensive purchase, taking into account I had to pay to return the size 14. Altogether, for this price customers expect better.

I love the look and feel of the blouse though arrives very creased/not well folded hence 4 not 5. Been looking at it for some time but it’s so pretty I’m glad I took the plunge. Fits to size, not ‘ lousy/loose’ if that makes sense.
