I bought this coat in a pale blue in 2018. I still have that coat, and it is still in a beautiful condition.
The wool is nice and thick and it has a chain in a lovely dark metal that you can hang the jacket up with.
I similarly bought the navy blue chequered jacket last year and that again is in a beautiful fabric and beautifully finished.
This jacket however is of a very poor quality, the fabric is thin and when it arrived as a consequence, it was very creased. There is also no chain to hang the jacket up with ; so poor fabric, poor finish. To add insult to injury, I had to pay £12 to send it back. I would be happy paying a little more for a jacket that is of the same standard as those I have previously purchased., rather than a jacket of this quality that I then had to return.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the Kimono coat. Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. It is true, you are absolutely right in the fact that the fabric is a little lighter, however this is because the old design was a blend of Polyester. Here at Pure we aim to offer more natural and sustainable fabrics which are kinder to the planet and will last the test of time. So we have made some changes to our garments based on this. I have passed on your comments regarding the hanging chain which the design team have said they will use on coats moving forward - so thank you for pointing this out.
I would like to talk about the returns process further so I will send you an email to discuss this.
