The cardigan is too large and the colour is not what I expected. I have requested a returns label several times but it was not sent so I returned the item by ordinary post. It may have arrived more than 2 weeks since the order was received but I was waiting for a returns label for over a week. Customer services team said I would receive a returns label promptly but that did not happen. I hope I get my refund! I buy your cardigans over the years and am very pleased with them. They last for ages and the colours are beautiful.

Lovely quality and excellent fit

I like the lacy pattern. Sleeves are always too long for me, but the cuffs fold back nicely as the fabric is not too thick. Despite this, it feels lovely and warm, and soft and luxuriant, not at all scratchy or itchy. Quite flattering as doesn't bunch up around the waist. Pricey, but I got a discount, so worth the money.
