Return is next to impossible. Order made on Oct. 5 was duplicated and returning the second order was ridiculous. No one responded to my texts, telephone was impossible with my computer, return mail was $45.00. All this for an order for a second pair of pants which I did not order. I would assume credit for the second pair of pants and for my mailing costs is in order, but of course, I have not had any communication from Pure Collection.

Comfortable, good looking trousers although perhaps the size (12) was a little tight - I usually wear a 12 and have a bit of space but these were an exact fit
