Care and Repair Service

With over 13 years’ experience of crafting, shaping, and caring for cashmere our team of experts can professionally recondition and repair your favourite cashmere garments and transform them back into the pieces you treasure.

Please note - our repair service is only available to UK mainland customers currently and only valid on Pure Collection branded garments.

This service is for knitwear made from cashmere, cashmere mixes, merino, lambswool, wool, and cotton.

Unfortunately we cannot accept silk, acrylic, angora, synthetic fibres, felted cashmere or felted wool garments.

Send your cashmere knitwear to our Professional Care & Repair Service to transform your favorite cashmere garments and keep wearing them forever.

Order one of the services online and we will send you a pack in the post.

Once the pack has arrived, simply complete the form and include it with your garment in the bag provided.

Attach the provided paid postage label to the front of your parcel and pop it in the post.

We will acknowledge receipt of your parcel and provide a more detailed time scale for repair and reconditioning.

Your repaired and reconditioned garment will be returned to you within 2 weeks via Royal Mail Tracked (48 hour service).
