These bags are useful although quite expensive, to keep moths from eating the cashmere. They work well and are worth it in the long run. What I wasn’t happy about is that some items in my delivery were missing. I contacted Pure but this was time consuming and not particularly helpful. It took a lot of time trying to clarify the problem! I was told a supervisor would phone me back but they didn’t. The next day part of the order came and I had to phone again. The item problem was resolved but communication was so poor. I eventually emailed PURE to explain my concerns over this, but that was about two weeks ago and I’ve not received a reply. Therefore I don’t think I can buy from Pure again at this stage.
