I ordered several bags. Three of them were great but on one the zip broke as soon as I touched it. There was no way on the website to ask for an exchange that I could find, only a refund for which I would have to pay postage. I sent a message to customer services and have received no reply except to say the aim to respond within 48 hours. They haven’t over a week later. It’s disappointing.

This is a good quality classic crew necked cashmere jumper. I have the same one in navy and love it. I’ve also bought other things from Pure before and have always been very pleased with the products. I am glad that I bought this latest item.
