Customer services was terrible. I ordered a cashmere scarf in Cornflower which was delivered promptly. However the wrong item was delivered, not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Services and explained the problem only to be informed by the Customer Services rep that I had ordered the wrong item! I explained that my confirmation email showed the correct order number and in fact the order number on the cashmere scarf which was delivered did not exist on their website. She said she would escalate my request for a full refund including my postage (as it was NOT my fault the wrong item had been delivered) and get back to me. She didn't. So, later the following day I rang up again and this time I was told that I could claim a refund for the postage if I included my confirmation email which clearly showed I had ordered a different item to the one sent. I returned the scarf and had to pay a further £2.50 for a prepaid return label. When my refund came through the postage had not been refunded. Another phone call, another promise to refund the postage, and this time they did refund the initial £4.95 postage but not the extra £2.50 for the return label. By this stage I'd lost the will to battle the issue any longer. I have ordered a lot from Pure over the years but after this fiasco I shall not order again.
