Over the years I've spent a few thousand pounds with Pure Collection, mainly Christmas presents for my wife, however I recently purchased two gents cashmere sweaters. My view is that the sign of a good company is not what they do when everything happens as planned, but how they handle the situation when there is a problem. Unfortunately against that benchmark, Pure Collection performed very poorly.

1st Feb - I ordered both sweaters and received the usual confirmation emails.
4th Feb - Parcel arrived but only contained one sweater but the enclosed packing slip stated that both had been delivered.
4th Feb - I call the Pure Customer Service, explained the situation and a very helpful lady checked the details on their system, in particular the weight of the parcel, and confirmed that they'd only dispatched on item and that the missing one would be dispatched tomorrow.
5th Feb - Received confirmation email however when I checked Evri over the next few days it was still showing as "We're expecting it".
10th Feb - Once again I called Pure Customer Service. This time the call appears to have gone through to an offshore call centre. I explained then situation and that the item still hadn't been received. After 10 minutes on hold I was told that it would be delivered the following day but it it didn't arrive, I should call them back on the 12th. Obviously this didn't fill me with any confidence that it had been dispatched but, when questioned the customer service advisor simply said that it had been dispatch and would arrive on the 11th.
12th Feb - As expected, nothing arrived so once again I called Pure Customer Service. Rose, in the offshore call centre, took the details from me, put me on hold and then came back to say that it was out of stock. At this stage I asked them to refund the item and to send me an email confirming the cancellation and the refund. Not unexpectedly, I've received no confirmation but hopefully the refund will arrive.

Overall a really poor experience. I've no idea if the offshore Customer Service is run and managed by Pure Collection or if they're simply using an outsourced service but the service I received was extremely poor, the staff did not appear to have any information or knowledge and were simply processing calls rather than trying to provide a quality service.

Good quality product, terrible Customer Service. Buyer beware.
